Victory Blvd. Renovation

This 40 year old, 33,000 sq. ft. office complex in Canoga Park, CA was extremely run down, weathered and water damaged. A dated façade brings very little excitement to any new perspective tenants or investors. The building owner requested that we design a low maintenance, updated and bright new façade inside the open atrium styled courtyard, and around all 4-sides of the exterior. This 2.5 million dollar exterior renovation took 6 months to construct and became one of the premier office buildings on Victory Blvd. New stucco, window trim, decorative tile accent medallions, new wrought iron railings, tiled courtyards, updated low maintenance landscaping, tiled tower roof and shed roof features, new exterior building lighting, wood corbel rafter details and complete accessibility upgrades completed this massive renovation.
